Our Team
Our attorneys and staff work together to provide responsive, reliable, and compassionate legal services. We are here to guide clients through important decisions with confidence and care.
Brittany Porter Esq. - Principal Attorney
Brittany brings a unique and valuable skillset to her private practice, developed through her experience as a former Deputy Clerk of the Orange County Estates Division. During her time as Deputy Clerk, Brittany gained firsthand, in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the estate court system. Working with the Clerk of Court, Brittany assisted in the administrative and procedural aspects of probate and guardianship cases. This hands-on experience provided her with a foundational understanding of how these matters are handled from the judicial perspective, giving her a distinct advantage in navigating them for her clients. This experience, coupled with her subsequent work in private practice, has given her extensive insight into both simple and complex estate and trust administrations, as well as guardianship cases.
Brittany is dedicated to assisting clients with both their estate planning and estate administration. Brittany founded NextGen Estate Solutions because she truly believes that everyone deserves the chance to plan their estate or handle their loved one’s affairs. Driven by a genuine enthusiasm for her profession, Brittany is committed to extending to each client the same level of dedicated service and professional integrity she would want given to her own family and loved ones. Brittany's education includes degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill in Political Science, History, and Hispanic Studies. In addition to her juris doctorate, Brittany also holds a master’s in Trust and Wealth management, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Administration from Campbell University.
Her passion for estate administration is demonstrated through her LLM dissertation, a detailed analysis of the complexities and challenges presented by a very intricate estate administration case within North Carolina law. Beyond her dedication to the legal field, Brittany finds joy in traveling, spending time with family (and fur children), and lifelong learning.

Bryant earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston, his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, and his Master of Laws (LLM) from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.
